Charles Atmé has lived and practiced in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the past 42 years. His knowledge and contacts extend across Lebanon and the GCC countries. He has spearheaded corporate matters, including business set up, acquisitions, joint ventures, articles and memoranda of incorporation, employment, intellectual property registration and licensing. He also worked on commercial transactions and contracts by providing counseling and writings on agency arrangements, distribution, commercial agency, manufacturing under license, sale of business, franchising, and leasing. He has experience in banking transactions and regulations, is knowledgeable in financing solutions including short, medium- and long-term financing and their securitization, letters of credit and personal and corporate guarantees.
