Emad is an internationally trained corporate lawyer licensed by the New York and District of Columbia Bars, holding an MBA and bringing prior experience in banking and engineering. He has practiced at international law firms and served as General Counsel and Board Secretary at both private and publicly listed Saudi companies. Emad takes pride in drawing on his diverse experience to engineer practical legal solutions that address his clients’ business needs.
